Vacation - all I ever wanted...

After my first startup ran out of runway, I needed to find something new to do for work.

I interviewed at a handful of companies for W-2 positions prior to launching a new business.

Although a W-2 wasn’t right for me at the time, I’ve mentored enough transitioning veterans, mid-career professionals, and entrepreneurs to know that there are a few perks of a W-2 that are tremendously beneficial.
