I apologize for the lack of new posts over the last quarter! I have excuses, but none of them valid…

This past quarter was a whirlwind for our team’s growth.

We went from 3x full-time employees at the start of Q3 to 9 at the beginning of Q4. Growth is exciting but terrifying. It brings new challenges, and I’ve learned more about team dynamics and company culture than I expected.
