For the first time in 82 weeks, I forgot to write an email for Retained Learnings on Monday.

I’ve been on the east coast for Thanksgiving and had a chance to unplug for 4 full (and glorious) days.

On Monday, I was furiously catching up on work until late in the evening and the different setting combined with a frantic schedule caused me to completely drop the ball.

The book is full of powerful tips and stories about building habits that last.
