RL92: Setting a Deliberate Pace
Know when to sprint and when to coast
Last week, we hosted The Military Veteran Startup Conference in San Francisco.
We welcomed 450+ military veteran entrepreneurs, VCs, and early-stage operators from across the country.
I learned a TON from our guest speakers, including the topic I’ll write about today - pacing.
The weeks leading up to an event are a blur of activity - logistics, preparing the speakers, selling sponsorships, and marketing the event.
The event is a whirlwind - we’re ensuring the trains run on time and that the appropriate people are in their assigned places with everything they need to succeed.
It’s a sprint!
Today’s post is about pacing - knowing the importance of when to sprint and when to slow down.
